Ford Motor Credit Improper Charges on Fords and Mazda Leases
PinilisHalpern is investigating allegations of unfair and improper charges fees to consumers by Ford Motor Credit in connection with leases on Fords and Mazdas. The improper fees were allegedly charged to consumers who terminated their leases early, or who had their automobiles repossessed.
