William J. Pinilis | Gabriel H. Halpern

Mr. Pinilis concentrates primarily
in handling class action litigation, consumer fraud claims, commercial
litigation, and personal injury/negligence actions involving significant
injuries.
Mr. Pinilis has served as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall School of Law since 1995 where he currently teaches Consumer Law. He also lectures with the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He regularly lectures on Consumer Fraud Litigation and Civil Trial Preparation. |

Mr. Halpern concentrates on complex commercial and personal injury
litigation, consumer fraud claims and class actions. He has had a broad
range of experience in litigating matters in state and federal trial and
appellate courts. Mr. Halpern has also served as litigation counsel for
municipal government in all aspects of litigation.
Mr. Halpern has lectured on New Jersey Trial Practice, Consumer Contracts, Commercial Collections and New Jersey Foreclosure Practice. He is a certified legal instructor to the New Jersey Board of Master Plumbers. |
